furEver heArt wasn’t something I set out to create—it was the result of a serendipitous burst of inspiration, a mission to upcycle a great canvas with a not-so-great painting, and an overwhelming love for my pup.
I inherited a piece of art from a work project that just didn’t fit my aesthetic, but the canvas itself at 3’x3’ with a cool texture spoke to my creative side. One day out of the blue, I grabbed a tube of white acrylic and eliminated the existing abstract having no idea of what it would become, but hoping to be inspired.
At the time, my sweet little pug, Roxy, was nearing 15 and I knew it wouldn’t be long before she would make her journey over the rainbow bridge. She was my heArt, my ride-or-die, and was furEver by my side through some of the most challenging universe curveballs. As I stared at the blank slate in front of me and the white acrylic smudge on her fur from getting too close to the wet paint, the original furEver heArt concept began to take shape.
I thought, what if I could create artwork that was personal—art that told a story, captured a feeling, and immortalized something meaningful? The idea that truly resonated with me was the bond we share with our pets; I wanted to create art that celebrated that incredible connection. What if I could transform a simple paw print into a work of art—a tangible reminder of the unconditional love we share with our pets?
With that vision in mind, I began experimenting with different ways to capture and preserve pet paw prints in a creative, artistic form. I quickly realized that there was something truly special about turning these small, simple impressions into meaningful, one-of-a-kind pieces. I wanted to create art that didn’t just hang on a wall, but that carried an emotional weight—a piece that would always remind someone of the pet they loved, even after they’re gone.
And so, furEver heArt was born! Every design is crafted with care and attention to detail, creating a keepsake that’s as unique as the pet it honors.
What started as a spark of inspiration from a simple office painting has grown into a business that allows me to help people commemorate their furEver friend in a deeply personal way. Each paw print art piece tells a story—a story of love, joy, and the forever bond we share with our pets.

For cats, birds, ticklish dogs, or other exotics that might not adapt well to “painting”, we recommend selecting the “no-mess ink pad” to your order, which provides a contact-free solution!

We offer two options to create a fun, interactive, and memorable experience with your pet: tempura (powdered acrylic paint) and no-mess ink pads.

Instructions
Tempara Paint
Add your pet’s paw print(s) to your furEver heArt design with paint by following these easy instructions!
Step 1: Protect your floor with the plastic sheet. Add 1 tsp. water to the paint cup and mix thoroughly with the stir stick.
Step 2: Rub a little oil (coconut, olive, vegetable) on your pet’s paw(s) to make clean up a breeze!
Step 3: Dip the enclosed sponge into the paint and apply to the paw(s).
Step 4: Place your pet’s paw in the center of the heart and press gently. Alternatively, let your fur kid walk over the canvas!
Step 5: Clean paw(s) with warm water, wet wipes, or paw cleaner.
Step 6 (optional): Apply a thin layer of clear UV-resistant acrylic coating (not included) to the entire canvas to seal and protect your furEver heArt design!
No-Mess Ink Pad
Add your pet’s paw print(s) to your furEver heArt design with the no-mess ink pad by following these easy instructions!
Step 1: Remove the ink pad from the packaging.
Step 2: Place the ink pad in the center of the heart on your selected design.
Step 3: Gently press your pet’s paw onto the back of the ink pad to transfer the paw print on the canvas.
Step 4 (optional): Apply a thin layer of clear UV-resistant acrylic coating or (not included) to the entire canvas to seal and protect your design!
